Automatically delete orders from TechOMS based on their status

I have an order from Shopify, the customer cancelled the order and it went to a Refund status. In TechOMS we have the status of “Refunded” in the Push Orders Financial Statuses selected, however, TechOMS is not updating the status with reoccurring job, or if you do a manual update. Should it cancel the order in TechOMS based on that status? If it does not cancel the order automatically, can we place the status in a reference line and then write an order rule that will cancel the order based on Refunded?
