As an Organizational Owner or Administrator,

I want to dynamically configure custom permission sets for account users,

so that I can define granular access levels beyond the current fixed roles (Account Administrator, Account User, View Only).

Goals

Provide the ability for Organizational Owners and or administrators to dynamically set account user permissions, thus removing the current Account Administrator, Account User, and View Only roles.
