Expand techOMS to include the introduction of a replenishment and returns channel. Allowing us to build out integrations to purchase order systems and returns management systems, allowing for automated workflow from the customer through the fulfiller.
Example, under the replenishment channel, create an integration to Shopify returns, so that when a product is returned within the customers Shopify store, this return creates an inbound ASN for the fulfillment center. This gives visibility to the inbound, quantity, and timing allowing the fulfillment center to ensure adequate resource planning. Once the return has been received, this information can then be pushed back to Shopify to automate the completion of the return process.
