I think it would help to shorten the learning curve and speed up, set up of the settings needed for new connections if they were in a linear setup wizard. In other words currently you have to jump between menus to get everything set up and its hard to grasp for users that have used cart rover Extensive IM. If there was a line by line or popup by popup or entry screen for set up this would help immensely. The settings could still exist natively in there nested menues by fed by the wizard during the initial sales channel connection
