We would like techOMS to transliterate the address information from foreign characters to English before pushing the sales order to Extensiv. Extensiv WMS doesn't support foreign characters, so Greek or Bulgarian addresses are shown as question marks on orders on Extensiv WMS and we have to manually update those addresses in English characters on Extensiv WMS.
