Improved display of "Details Expected" and "Details Actual"

Right now, all of the data transmitted from the carrier is stuffed into a field box when you open up the order in Techtrack. It's confusing, difficult to read and when we are trying to determine the reason for differences in charges, it's next to impossible to figure out. Is there a way to make this easier for viewing and include any additional fees to the "Details Actual"?
