TechTrack

Currently, TechTrack webhook integration does not support authentication mechanisms such as secret keys or custom headers. This requires us to expose a public endpoint without the ability to validate the authenticity of incoming webhook requests, which poses a security risk. We request TechTrack to provide support for webhook authentication, ideally through: Configurable secret keys included in webhook payloads, or Ability to set custom headers during webhook delivery. This will allow consuming systems to validate requests, ensure data integrity, and prevent unauthorized access.

Once an order is delivered by FedEx,Ecom logistics ,GLS, the POD document (PDF format) should be available in TechTrack so it can be pulled electronically into our TMS.

We need the capability for techTrack to scan the barcode on the label for Canada Post.

Can you add an automation feature where we could set a rule where an email would be sent to us any time a shipment went X days after the label is created but no new events. This would help us flag orders that are processed but maybe haven't left the warehouse yet.

So currently, you can click an order link in Techship that will take you directly into Techtrack. However, the same functionality is not available in the opposite direction - if I am reviewing orders on Techtrack, there is no direct link back into the Techship side. This would make investigating issues with orders so much smoother.

Right now, all of the data transmitted from the carrier is stuffed into a field box when you open up the order in Techtrack. It's confusing, difficult to read and when we are trying to determine the reason for differences in charges, it's next to impossible to figure out. Is there a way to make this easier for viewing and include any additional fees to the "Details Actual"?

Under Performance Dashboard there should be an expected delivery date in order for the customers/users to see when their clients can recieve the products. The information is already in techTRACK under "Trackings", it just need to be pulled over to the UI and displayed as one of the columns under performace dashboard.

Currently, the performance dashboard shows carrier performance at the country level. The interest would be to see the information broken by state. We talked with Scott and the Techship team last week at the Zethcon user conference about possibly having a US map on the dashboard that shows the totals shipped by state. We have seen this application with other products, and we wanted to see if it would be possible to add this to the system?
