Add Manufacturer Product IDs in techOMS

Store each Product Variant’s manufacturer identifier directly in

techOMS

, making it available across catalogue maintenance, CSV workflows, API v2, webhooks, and supported integration contracts.

The new

Manufacturer Product ID

field is optional, supports up to 255 characters, and is maintained per variant.
