techTRACK
, you can now override default global configurations by creating personalized
mapping rules
. These overrides take priority and apply exclusively to your configured accounts.

How to Find it
  1. Navigate to
    Admin
    >
    Carrier Event Maintenance
    in the left menu.
  2. Click
    Edit
    on any
    System
    event to customize it, or use the
    Import
    button for bulk updates.
