Inventory Setting

You now have granular control over how inventory levels sync from
techOMS
to each
Beta Sales Channel
, such as
Shopify
(Beta) or
Extensiv IM
(Beta).

! Choose the best inventory sync strategy per channel. Want real-time updates for one channel and scheduled full syncs for another? Now you can configure them independently.
How it works
In the
Main Settings
tab of any
Beta Sales Channel
, you'll find the
Inventory Synchronization with Sales Channel
option, with the following modes:
  • Do not Synchronize
    :
    techOMS
    won't send inventory updates to this channel.
  • Real-Time Adjustment
    : sends incremental updates as they happen in techOMS (e.g., +3 SKU A, -5 SKU B).
  • Synchronize With Fulfillment Channel
    : Sends full inventory values (e.g., 98 SKU A, 27 SKU B) based on fulfillment channel data—either manually triggered or via scheduled sync.

: This is a channel-level setting specific to
Beta Sales Channels
. It operates independently from the account-wide automated jobs used by stable channels.
