introduces an
organizational-level overview
of exceptions, providing a comprehensive view of issues across all accounts for faster identification and resolution of sales problems.

: This feature is currently in beta and supports only beta Sales Channels. All data displayed here is sourced exclusively from these beta channels.
What's New
  • Organizational-level Overview
    : Organizational users can now view a summarized table of exceptions across all accounts. This allows for quick identification of widespread issues.
  • Account-Level Detail
    : Account users retain the detailed view of exceptions specific to their account.

Current Features
  • Accessing the Dashboard
    : All users can access the dashboard from the home page.
  • Filtering
    : Filter data by date range, organization (organizational view only), or account.
  • Dynamic Updates
    : The exception list dynamically updates; resolved exceptions disappear automatically.
