Key Features

The ERP

Odoo

integration supports:

Stock picking state filter
: Only pickings with specified states will be eligible to be imported.
Empty Carrier Rate Shop
: Allows rate shopping when no carrier is pre-assigned on the order.
Portal Rate Shop Carrier Code
: Accepts a carrier code from
Odoo
to run rate shopping.
Update on Process
: Sends shipment status or tracking updates back to
Odoo
after processing.

Getting Started

Adding the new portal is straightforward. You will need:

Odoo URL

Database Name

and

Username / Password

Tips

Before importing orders: Make sure the client
Code
is set to be
DEFAULT
, as it will only import to the client associated with that code.
Odoo
has a direct dependency on Service Code Mappings in order to update the selected Carrier back to
Odoo
.
External Service Code
and
External SCAC
code are required for this process.
