public tracking page brings delivery updates, shipment milestones, and available tracking details into one easy-to-navigate experience.
Powered by the
techTRACK
monitoring engine, the new page presents existing Carrier tracking information through a refreshed interface.
What's New
  • Shipment Progress
    : Follow delivery status through five visual milestones, from label creation to delivery.
  • Travel History
    : Review public Carrier tracking events, with the option to expand grouped scans for more detail.
  • Shipment Details
    : Access available origin, destination, expected delivery date, weight, and reference information.
  • Maps and Delivery Documents
    : View available shipment locations on a map and download Proof of Delivery (PoD) documents when available.
