Real-Time Concurrency Management
system designed to keep your team in sync and ensure data integrity.
What to expect
We have added
visual indicators
to let you know if a teammate is accessing the same record you are working on.
  • Live Status Icons
    : Look for the red-circled blinking
    Eye
    icon to see who is viewing, or the
    Pencil
    to see who is currently editing.
  • Conflict Prevention
    : To prevent errors, the system will now
    block
    a save attempt if another user has already
    modified
    the data, prompting you to reload.
See who is active
Hover over the indicator to see exactly who is
viewing
or
editing
the record in real-time.

Where to find it
This feature is automatically active on configuration
pages
(like
Clients
or
Carriers
) and
dialog
boxes.
Look for the icon:
  • On General Pages
    : In the top header.
  • On Dialog Boxes
    : In the bottom footer, next to the
    Save
    button.
