Refund Manifested Orders Directly in techSHIP
You can now request
refunds
for processed orders even after a manifest
is finalized. This stops unwanted shipments and helps recover costs on closed manifests.Select one or multiple orders and use the
Refund
option from the Action
menu to automatically submit the refund request to the Carrier

- Bulk Refund: Select multiple shipments from the grid and refund them simultaneously with a single confirmation prompt.
- Data Integrity: The system maintains the original manifest association for accurate reporting while clearing the tracking number at the order level.
- Automated Carrier Updates: Sends the exact refund or void request required by your supportedCarrier(Canada Postprocesses a direct refund, whileUPSandFedExprocess standard voids).
How to Find it
- Select the target orders from the My Orderspage or open a specificOrder.
- Open the ActionorActionsmenu.
- Click Refund.

⚠️ Ensure your user profile has the
Void, Refund, and Delete
permission enabled within Portal Users
