techOMS

Add an option in TechOMS to automatically close short-shipped orders instead of keeping them open for backordered quantities. This would remove the need for users to manually mark partially fulfilled orders as shipped when they do not manage backorders.

TechOMS currently pulls stock totals from the WMS on-hand and deducts inventory from allocated orders in TechOMS to then send the available qty to Shopify. The problem is that not all orders originate or pass through TechOMS. A large amount of orders that we receive come from non-TOMS sources like EDI or manual entry so inventory will never be accurate. I'd like the ability to change the way TechOMS pulls inventory totals
