Hello,

For DHL, for case when third party billing pays freight / fuel, so cost should not be aavailable in dedicated tag in shipments response message. For that 2 possible solution :

Solution 1 : send in request message <GetPriceEstimate>N</GetPriceEstimate> if <ShippingPaymentType> is set to T (third party) only
Solution 2 : add a settings in Techship to remove cost from API shipments response message if a third party billing has been used to send request to carrier.
