Add Adult Signature for FedEx Return Labels

danny@trestlefulfillment.com good morning. I have not found any evidence that FDX supports Signature Required with returns. Can you contact your UPS and FDX carrier representatives to confirm they support this service? Also, do you wish to have SigReq on every single return because of high value? If so you may want to verify their rules to cover insurance if you are adding that into the returns label request. If they can provide service and technical guidance on this, we can definitely assess what would be necessary to automate the task. Thank you.

Hello Danny. I contacted UPS because it was not clear to me in the documentation for this; I was told that they do not offer Signature Required of any kind with Return Service label options. Since this is related to high value commodity, in order to get the signature option you would need to create a separate shipping label that is a forward shipment, from the receiver to send back to the original shipper. Thank you.

Mike Fross is FedEx able to accomplish this. What else can we do to automate this process as much as possible.

danny@trestlefulfillment.com could you please clarify, who is suposed to sign on the return shipment? The warehouse that receves the product back?
Or are you talking about the outbound shipment to the customer?

Edward Aguiar the warehouse that is receiving the items back from the customer. We send them an empty kit and we need to have a a signature on the order being returned.
