Manuel Cabrera, before we can look at the implementation, we need to understand the business case. Normally, once the batch is processed, you have the option to review which orders were not processed and the reason for not processing them. In your case, it looks like you are looking for cases where the order was not printed (at least not sent to the printer for printing), but someone finalized the manifest before reviewing it.
Today, we could create a custom report that will print a list of orders that have not been processed fully in batches that have been closed. It is possible to schedule the report to be sent automatically, but today, the schedule reports can run daily, so it would only be sent at the end of the day.
Not sure if this is something that will work or if you are looking for something different.

Do you need a specific template? This is to add a lock and mitigate an error of a batch that was skipped due to the docs never printed and wrongfully closed. BR
