Why is the TechShip default to send the requested carrier and shipping option when there is no code mapping and not the actual carrier and service level. For example, OnTrac was missing the name/code mapping for a package sent OnTrac ground. Rather than use the actual shipping information, the shipment payload included "Rate Shopping" as the carrier and the name of the rate shopping group. When this information is passed back to the storefront it is invalid and tracking is broken.
