Two cases
Use case 1: The outbound order that customer wants to return is created in TechShip and customer recieved the product.
Use Case 2: The outbound order that customer wants to return is not created in Techship and customer recieved the product
Lets say the customer wants to return one or more items in the order, customers to create a return on the website. The return is created with an RA number against the original order. At this point, we want to create the return label in Techship with the RA number. We prefer to be able to do that for both use case 1 and use case 2. Is this feasible ? Use case 2 is common use case on our end, are there alternatives to achieve this in Techship
