Please create a new API Endpoint that would allow passing an array of tracking numbers to extract the passed tracking numbers into their own Manifest. The endpoint would also allow requesting, via a parameter, the option of processing the manifest and returning the manifest report.

This is primarily needed for USPS carrier and to generate USPS Scan Form.
