The default filters should show on the page header, otherwise filters are applied and the user has to remember to look for the red dot, open the filter, change and save.

Bill Horrocks the number of orders should match those in the legacy system unless there is a filter. Looking at one of your screenshots, there seems to be a filter - I can see it by the red dot on the advanced filter. I would suggest resetting the filter by clicking on the X. If this does not help, I suggest creating a ticket to have your specific situation troubleshoted.
