New UI

The new UI seems anti-intuitive compared to the old UI. Menus are harder to read/tell what section you are in. Save/ other large buttons are easily missed because there is no longer a pop-up menu when editing orders. Everything seems much more cluttered and harder to differentiate when filtering for orders. Seems like aesthetics were prioritized over an improvement in functionality.

Some of the tabs and/or headers could be a bit more differentiated. If the ship-to field was easier to see against the other top-line fields that would be preferred. Everything sort of molds together, with single horizontal underlines being the only field indicator other than the title. It would be nice if the package/ order weight could be toggled on in the "Columns to display" main menu. Fields that are changed are often not saved because there is only the one save at the top that has to be done manually. A safety "save" button that popped up when trying to navigate to a different tab/page after changing a field would be nice. The address popout block could also add a save button instead of having to close out and then save at the top of the page.

Eric Rodriguez over the last couple of months we have done a number of improvements to the flow and UX. We continue to focus on these areas as we receive feedback. We would love to hear specific operational flows that cause difficulty.
