Ready time pickup request to DHL

Today in order to trigger a pickup request to DHL, it is required (along with the address) to define a pickup date, a ready time and a close time.
Current design is set a such that the pickup date and ready time is one unique field actually called "Ship Date" at batch level.
Pickup Close time is actually not set within the batch but within the order > Carrier Option. Having the ready time and the close time in different locations is confusing for the end user.
Would it be possible to rename the field "Ship Date" on to "Ready Time" ? when errors occurs triggering pickup request to DHL, DHL error message mention "Ready Time" and not "Ship Date" and it is confusing for the end user.
Otherwise if above option is not possible, the prefered solution would be to have the Pickup Date field and a Ready Time field within the order > Carrier Option tab above the already existing "Pickup Close time" ? In this way, all pickup details would be at the same place.

François AZEMA we have launched the beta version of techSHIP 2025 with configuration functionalities. We are looking to add the order processing screens around September. The new interface will change how the data is presented, and the concept of batches will change with greater emphasis on the order.
We still plan to review the DHL plugin functionality as we get closer to this date.

Edward Aguiar thank you for your answer. As a reminder we are not using DHL plugin to trigger Pickup Request to DHL for our orders.
We are triggerring the pickup request to DHL at order level.

Hello Francois, I will be assessing this as part of our development for our new UI, techSHIP 2025. Changing dates and times in this fashion may be possible but we will assess and determine what options there are that could assist while not affecting other customers.
When there is a change in status I will provide an update.
