Send the service name based on the External Code via API

Request to send back service (External Code) to update order via API.
For example, the UPS code for Nex Day Air Saver is 13. Instead of code 13, the service 'Next Day Air Saver' (External Code) should be sent to update the order via API.

We will add a new field, ExternalServiceCode, in the createShipment request.
