In techTRACK’s shipment dashboard, delivery performance compares expected vs. actual dates. When carriers don’t provide expected delivery or induction dates, the dashboard shows zero values, resulting in incomplete performance metrics.

Proposed Solution

If expected dates are missing from carrier tracking data, techTRACK will default to the Deliver By and Pickup dates from techSHIP (if available). This ensures complete and accurate performance comparisons with consistent visibility into shipping timelines.
