Currently, the SKU Mappings section does not provide an Export option. This makes it difficult for customers to confirm the expected import file structure and formatting (headers/columns, required fields, value format, etc.). When SKU conversion/mapping is needed during Sales Channel setup, the lack of an export/template increases the likelihood of: Incorrect import formatting Failed imports or mapping errors Additional back-and-forth support and longer onboarding time Request: Add an Export capability (or downloadable template) in the SKU Mappings section so customers can reliably replicate the required format for imports.

every time I open an order in the shipments or sales order screens I have to go back and reset the filter I already had in place. Once a filter is set (show only cancelled, ready to send, etc.) I should be able to go back to the screens without having to reset a filter

A user permission role is required for customers to create or import orders. With this permission, customers can import inaccurate product data from the WMS (including products that don’t need to be listed on Shopify and products with outdated nominal values for customs) and push that product data to Shopify resulting in new products being listed on Shopify or overriding. A solution would be to modify the organization user and account user roles to disable the ability to synchronize products between the sales channel and fulfillment channel.
