We ran into an issue attempting to process two international orders yesterday during operations. The issue that prevented us from processing is that the unit price of the item isn’t being sent from TechOMS to SNAP to Techship. It looks like TechOMS is sending the $$ amount paid for the order. Is it possible to have the ‘Price’ inside of the sales order mapped to SNAP instead of the store checkout total? Here are some screenshots to help understand – Order #S-1900 for SHUGO (client): A discount was applied in Shopify to make this a free order, however, TechOMS is still picking up the unit price, just not sending that info to SNAP. SNAP is showing $0 cost for this order.
