When a carrier is disabled in techSHIP, it should automatically be removed from the rate shopping even if the carrier was part of the group prior to being disabled.

Currently, advanced restrictions logic is applied after data is pulled from carriers, not before. Client wants to be able to apply this logic before this happens in order to exclude Small Parcel carriers vs LTL carriers upon Rate Shopping (not using Skip rate shopping failures).

Description of the Feature Request: Is it possible to add the cartonization logic to the response from the carriers? We are fetching values from the API response to pass to our system and we would like to add the number of boxes queried by the cartonization logic to pass back (ie. 2 boxes).

Automate importing orders in techShip with a combination of half items ready to ship and the other requiring cartonization, avoiding the need for two separate batches with different import modes.

UPS has a limit of a maximum 50 packages per order. How to process orders with more than this limit without manually splitting the order.

If you provide a test environment to setup clients and carriers. Then provide portals per live location, why can't you copy the details from test environment to live portal environment? I am being told we have to enter all of the work completed in the test portal to the production portals. There must be an easier way for the client to get things moving along by doing a copy instead of individually typing each client and each carrier and going over all of those steps....If so I would love to know how. If not, something you should consider for the client experience. Thanks Andrew

We are recommending expanding techSHIP Markup options. This will likely be added to techSHIP Plus. Markup Percentage. (optional breakdown by weight/service) Markup Fixed Amount. (optional breakdown by weight/service) Percentage off Published for specific weight bands and services We already have the option of adding markup by percent or a fixed amount. The proposed enhancement will allow specifying the markup by service. #3 Some carriers, such as FedEx and UPS, provide the published rates in the API. We can use this value to provide a discount from the published price. We also discussed breaking the markup by service. We could add breaking the markup/discount by weight category as well.

Currently, the item sync allows importing product details from the WMS to techSHIP once the item has been created in the WMS. However, if the item is updated after it has been imported, the sync does not provide the option to update the details in techSHIP.

Today techSHIP has the option to deny PO Boxes. This checks the consignee's address for a presence of a PO Box. If a PO Box is found, the order is not processed. This functionality does not support rate shopping. The winning carrier fails to process the order since the validation happens at the end. Looking for a solution to fail the carrier that does not support PO Boxes but allows Canada Post/USPS which supports PO Boxes to still win the shipment.
