We are looking to enhance the Order Management Rules (OMR) engine to support events related to more processing milestones and add support for carrier-specific actions. Since its original implementation, the OMR has become an integral part of techSHIP. We are looking to enhance the processing capabilities to further enhance the functionality provided by OMR. Two main objectives are driving this enhancement - Add new execution milestones after the carrier has been selected. This will be in addition to Import and Processing and will be the last in the chain. Add carrier-specific actions One example of a request driving this enhancement would be a customer looking to set an insurance flag only when a specific carrier has been selected during rate shopping.

We need to have additional email notifications set up for several recipients . Is it possible that we could add more "additional notification codes" for "additional email" recipient? Is it possible that we could add an additional email recipient? (second email address) *** Notify when the orders ships and when it's an exception. Notify when there is an exception.

In certain scenarios, when setting up new markup profile rules, there is a need to restrict the rules by the total "Published Fee" amount provided by the carrier (FedEx). The request is to add an OMR rule specific to the Markup Profiles that allows validating against the Total Published Fee.

Could you add a pop-up message with a brief description defining or explaining the techSHIP field? For instance, a user can hover over a field with their mouse, and a pop-up menu will appear with a short description explaining what information needs to be populated in the field and/or the purpose of this field. This could be restricted to the mandatory, most popular, and least straightforward fields. For Example: When you hover over Fee Mark $ in the client setup, a pop-up menu will appear stating, "Add a dollar mark-up which will be applied by customer, by billing account" When you hover over 'Override WMS Update Time', a pop-up menu will appear stating what this does.
