This UI looks pretty bad, honestly hard to read visually and find out information on your package. I can probably redesign this for you in 2 days and make it a bit more intuitive

Sure says delivered. Package not there

My buzzer doesn’t work and because of this they canceled the order without trying to get into contact with me at all. They didn’t leave a note on how to pick it up and I can’t find any way to get into contact with them… no customer service number or anything

Received nothing, no image and no details. It just say completed and delivered.

The tracking information doesn’t make any sense. At 6 in the morning, it was telling me that at 9:15 am it was in transit at my city’s terminal. It doesn’t give me a delivery date, so I have no idea where it really is or when I should expect it.

Says that my package was delivered days ago but I have never seen it.

Track multiple tracking number by vertical list pasting or excel and also a report option with data in excel friendly way

Need the ability to search for shipments in techTRACK using the Transit Time. EX: Display all shipments that were delivered in 3 days, 4 days, etc.

Can you add an automation feature where we could set a rule where an email would be sent to us any time a shipment went X days after the label is created but no new events. This would help us flag orders that are processed but maybe haven't left the warehouse yet.
