When an order it's processed and fails, it shows just a generic message. As in seeing what the actual error is could reduce the amount of time to resolve an issue. Can I please request you to exclude Demand Surcharge from Markup Calculation for DHL Express? We want to pass this surcharge as it is to our clients without adding our markup to it. Carriers return Transit Time and/or Delivery Date. In situations where the carrier does not return the delivery date, the transit time may cause confusion when considering weekends and holidays. Looking to have a calculated Delivery Date when the carrier does not provide one.

We are currently working on a project with techOMS to get an Amazon MWS plugin. We want to get a plugin for Amazon MWS for TechShip as a feature request. The application requires Developer Accounts to be created in order to get the specific Amazon information for techShip in order to ship under their account numbers which takes time and even have had issues with Amazon denying Developer Accounts for our customer. Hoping the techOMS plugin could somehow be incorporated into techShip so that we can onboard Amazon MWS stores quickly into not only techOMS, but techShip as well else techShip will be the new bottleneck for store setup.

Freightcom places both the label and BOL into a single PDF file and this results in the BOL printout coming back as a label instead of a document. This is a request to redirect both to PDF Inkjet/Laser printer
